Shhhhhh Nesting

This is a beautiful shot, and must not have been an easy one to take. It looks like it's on a river bank, shot from the water-side, almost on level with the water. And no matter where the picture was shot from, it takes a lot of effort to not disturb a bird. The centered subject works well in the picture, and the composition looks great. If I had to suggest an improvement, I would adjust the contrast a bit more, to really bring out the bird and the individual pieces of bark.
